Email context

Keep the useful context from a conversation

Use selected correspondence to draft a response that respects what was agreed.

Select the correspondence needed for the task

Copy or export only the correspondence needed for the task through an authorized workflow. Preserve the date, speaker and thread order where they affect meaning. Remove irrelevant personal data and secrets.

For Gmail or Outlook correspondence, use the export or upload methods supported in your account.

Draft a reply without inventing a commitment

The model should distinguish a suggestion from an agreed action and leave the send decision to you.

Illustrative email prompt
Using the selected thread excerpts, draft a reply that confirms decisions already agreed and asks about unresolved items. Separate a proposed date from a confirmed date. Do not infer approval from silence. Keep confidential internal notes out of the customer-facing draft. Return the draft and a short list of assumptions for me to check; do not send anything.

Review recipients and sensitive details

An accurate summary can still disclose information to the wrong audience. Review quotations, attachments, recipients and commitments before sending. An email signature is not evidence of permission to process the entire thread.

Common questions

Will this read my inbox automatically?

No. You select and supply the material. This workflow does not synchronize Gmail or Outlook, access your mailbox or send messages automatically.
