Context from files
Turn a document into useful context
Choose the relevant material, state its role and keep the output tied to the source.
Prepare the file before asking for an answer
Use supported files you have permission to process. Give each source a recognizable name and check that important text is readable. A screenshot or scanned document may need closer inspection than selectable text.
- Keep the authoritative version and its date.
- Remove unrelated personal information and credentials.
- Distinguish facts, examples and instructions in the material.
- Check upload and processing status before relying on the source.
Extract a decision from a project brief
The output should preserve uncertainty instead of turning every blank field into a guessed value.
Read the project brief I provide. Return the stated objective, success criteria, dependencies and unresolved decisions. Include the supporting section or quotation for each item. Do not infer a budget or deadline if the brief does not state one. Finish with the smallest set of questions needed to make the brief actionable.
Check the processed content against the original
Review important tables, images and footnotes against the original. Supported formats and size limits vary by the product surface and plan; use the accepted-format guidance shown in the upload flow.
Common questions
Should I upload a whole folder?
Start with a small, relevant set of authoritative files. Unrelated and duplicated versions can make source selection and review harder.
