Turn a pile of documents into knowledge pages whose claims still lead back to their sources.
A useful page is more than a summary
A knowledge page should help you find the relevant concept and return to the source that supports it. Links connect related material; provenance makes the connection reviewable. When sources disagree, preserve the disagreement rather than blending incompatible statements.

Resolve two versions of a policy
Keep the conflict visible until an authorized source establishes which version applies.
Review the selected knowledge pages about our support response policy. Identify each stated response window and the source version behind it. If the sources disagree, show both statements with their dates and ask which policy is authoritative. Do not average the values or silently prefer the most recently uploaded file.
A polished page can still contain a bad source
Inspect important excerpts, tables and dates in the original material. Page generation and cross-linking do not independently verify every claim. Use a source review process for consequential knowledge.
Common questions
Should conflicting material be deleted immediately?
First establish which source is authoritative and whether both apply to different situations. Preserve an appropriate record of the decision under your retention policy.
