AlterLab Metabolomics Wb
The Alterlab Metabolomics Wb skill connects directly to the NIH Metabolomics Workbench through its REST API, enabling users to query over 4,500 public studies for metabolites, RefMet-standardized names, MS/NMR data, m/z mass searches, and study metadata. Researchers and data scientists use it to retrieve public metabolomics data, standardize metabolite nomenclature, perform m/z lookups, and support biomarker discovery. It is a core component of the AlterLab Academic Skills suite.
