Quality Assurance & Testing

Vector

Vector is a high‑performance observability data pipeline written in Rust that collects, transforms, and routes logs, metrics, and traces from any source to any destination using TOML or YAML configurations and the VRL remap language. It replaces Logstash, Fluentd, or Filebeat, enabling users to filter and sample noisy logs, archive data to S3, and develop and debug configurations with unit tests. The skill benefits data engineers, DevOps teams, and observability specialists who require efficient, reliable, and customizable data routing.
