Use whenever a vendor mentions listing on the Atlassian Marketplace, a Marketplace Forge or Connect app, a stalled ECOHELP review, or applying for Cloud Fortified. Do NOT use for listing copy or search rank (use samber/developer-platform-skills@integration-listing-optimization), for Forge code, internal-only apps, Bitbucket, Compass or Trello apps, or buyers vetting apps.
