Use whenever a company, vendor or DevRel team mentions Kaggle, a starter notebook for a competition, publishing a Kaggle dataset, hosting a Kaggle competition, or reaching data scientists where they practise - even if they only say 'our Kaggle notebook got 4 upvotes'.
