CLI Interface Design
Design the public CLI that wraps a developer platform's API - which commands exist (curated commands plus a raw api escape hatch, not a 1:1 REST mirror), grammar, flag/env/config precedence, a frozen --json and exit-code contract, TTY behavior, login and CI tokens, pagination and --wait, errors, help, flag deprecation, telemetry, and safe use by scripts and coding agents. Use whenever the user mentions designing or reviewing a CLI for their API, CLI command naming, --json output, exit codes, CLI login, or an agent-friendly CLI - even without saying "CLI design". Not for API-less tools or parser code. Do NOT use for whether to offer a CLI (samber/developer-platform-skills@api-integration-surface-strategy) or a skill shipped with it (samber/developer-platform-skills@agent-skill-offering).
