FlowKit processes flow cytometry data by applying spillover compensation, logicle and biexponential transformations, and hierarchical gating with GatingML strategies, fully supporting FlowJo 10 workspaces. It outputs reproducible gate counts, population percentages, and gated fluorescence summaries, enabling researchers to replicate FlowJo analyses within Python. Complementary FlowIO handles FCS metadata inspection and file format repair.
