KERMT Infer
Kermt Infer runs predictions with a finetuned KERMT checkpoint on a SMILES-only CSV, validating that the checkpoint contains task FFN heads and rejecting pretrain checkpoints. It cleans the data, generates RDKit 2D features, and then launches the prediction script inside a KERMT container.
