Use this skill whenever a user needs to draft, review, redline, or finalise a technology services contract, software development agreement, or digital consultancy agreement — in any sector, organisation type, or country context. Triggers include: uploading a contract for review, asking to draft a contract from scratch, asking to check or fix contract clauses, asking about IP ownership in tech contracts, asking about data protection obligations in vendor agreements, asking what a tech contract should contain, or asking to prepare a data processing agreement (DPA).
