Lang Attribute

The Lang Attribute skill verifies that every HTML document contains a non‑empty, valid BCP 47 language code on the `<html>` opening tag and that any language changes on nested elements are correctly specified. It ensures that child elements inherit the language from the nearest ancestor with a `lang` attribute, maintaining proper multilingual markup. This skill benefits web developers, accessibility auditors, and quality assurance teams who need to guarantee accurate language declarations across complex, multilingual pages.
