Scan
The Scan skill traverses a codebase to produce up‑to‑date project‑doc.md and AGENTS.md files, enabling teams to bootstrap new agent‑driven repositories or refresh documentation after architectural changes. It performs a full scan on first use and a smart delta scan thereafter, leveraging advanced understanding when available and falling back to native tools otherwise. AGENTS.md is updated only when architectural changes are detected, with human confirmation to ensure accuracy.
