Runs a PARTIAL pre-screen of a Turkish associate-professorship (doçentlik) publication list against bundled ÜAK criteria (2026 Mart term) for all 12 temel alanlar: Eğitim, Fen Bilimleri ve Matematik, Filoloji, Güzel Sanatlar, Hukuk, İlahiyat, Mimarlık-Planlama-Tasarım, Mühendislik, Sağlık, Sosyal-Beşeri-İdari Bilimler, Spor, Ziraat-Orman-Su Ürünleri. It applies each field's author-share rule (equal split or başlıca yazar 0.8/0.5/half), checks the 100-point and 90 post-doctorate totals and the field's international/national-article minimums, caps other items entered, and lists the remaining mandatory minimums (thesis-derived work, book, citation, congress, teaching, art/competition items) as a manual checklist; it never emits an ELIGIBLE verdict.
