Agent Launcher Orchestrator

The Agent Launcher Orchestrator constructs, launches, grades, and schedules Claude Managed Agents inside a user’s Anthropic account. It interprets a session goal, directs it through one of five deterministic phases, and produces a single‑pass workflow, a bounded grade‑iterate loop, or a recurring cron deployment. By separating heavy intake from the parent thread and emitting BYOK curl commands, it allows users to run the agents with their own keys, preventing any tool from making direct API calls.
